Refund policy

At Sophistic Designs, we take pride in delivering quality custom and digital products.

Custom Physical Products

Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel and gift baskets, all sales are final once production begins. Refunds or replacements are only issued if an error was made on our part.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their order at info@sophisticdesigns.com with photos of the issue.

Digital Products

All digital downloads, including Canva templates, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital files, we cannot issue refunds once access has been granted.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started.
