1. Use of Website
   By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose.
2. Custom Orders
   All custom designs must be approved by the customer before production. Once approval is given, Sophistic Designs is not responsible for errors that were approved (including spelling, colors, or sizing). Production begins after payment is received.
3. Payment Terms
   Full payment is required before production unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Digital Products
   All digital products, including Canva templates and downloads, are for personal or business use only unless otherwise stated. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of digital files is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
   All designs, templates, graphics, and content created by Sophistic Designs remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
   Sophistic Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
